REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only for damaged or defective items after review.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used spice products.

  • Clearance or sale items.
