At Spice Souk, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us directly at buyspicesouk@gmail.com.


2. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

  • You will receive a notification and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use standard domestic carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your orders. Estimated transit times begin after the order has shipped:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size, weight, and delivery destination.
Free shipping may be offered during select promotions and will be clearly advertised if available.


4. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, Spice Souk is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues or service interruptions

  • Natural disasters or inclement weather

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided. You may also contact us at buyspicesouk@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Spice Souk is no longer responsible for the package.

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Arrived damaged

Please notify us within 3 calendar days of the delivery confirmation. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A clear explanation of the issue

We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider and may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Spice Souk is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

If you realize an error before your order has shipped, contact us immediately at buyspicesouk@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is processed.


7. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be split into multiple shipments due to inventory availability or packaging requirements.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment, if applicable.
